is your day getting away from you?
Friend, let me know if this sounds like you. You woke up this morning, got your family together, went to your job, and was everything to everyone, and by the time you laid your head down you wondered how the day escaped from you. You’re not alone. Many women of faith struggle with the same, and I still find myself with that struggle depending on the season of life I am in. As a Christian woman, you can sometimes forget to take care of yourself, because by nature you are a servant. God called us to care for others, but remember God rested, too. He took time to reflect and check-in.
It’s time to start taking back your day by prioritizing your mental health with a simple check-in. I won’t deny, journaling is a discipline, and knowing what to write can make it a task instead of a breakthrough. This worksheet will change the way you approach the highs and lows of your life.
WHAT YOU GET:
4 Journal prompts
4 Bible focus verses
4 Affirmations
Take the guess work out of where you start with keeping God first in your mental health. What’s even more powerful, is you are still taking ownership over your transformation by allowing the Holy Spirit as a guide to prioritizing your mental peace.
As you are going through your responses and if something comes up you want to explore deeper, I want to invite you to work with me. Apply to work with me 1:1 in a 60-minute intensive. Learn more here.
